At QRForms, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are processed.
1. Free Trial
We offer a 7-day free trial with no payment required. This allows you to fully test the platform before purchasing. No refund issue arises during the trial period.
2. Subscription Refunds
2.1 Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund of your yearly subscription if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of payment
- You have NOT used the subscription to access dashboard data, download Excel, or perform other paid actions
- The request is made due to a genuine technical issue we are unable to resolve
2.2 Non-refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Request made after 7 days from the payment date
- You have actively used the subscription (viewed submissions, downloaded data, etc.)
- Account terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions
- Change of mind after the 7-day window
- Inability to use the Service due to your own internet or device issues
3. Per-QR Code Refunds
Per-QR code charges are non-refundable once the QR has been generated, as the digital product (QR code) is delivered immediately. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for:
- Technical failures preventing QR generation
- Duplicate accidental charges
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@qrforms.com within the eligible refund window
- Include the following details:
- Your registered email address
- Date of payment
- Transaction/Order ID (visible in your billing history)
- Reason for the refund request
- Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used
- Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider (typically 5-10 business days)
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated
- Razorpay payment gateway fees and any applicable taxes may be deducted from the refund amount
6. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Cancellation prevents automatic renewal at the end of your subscription period
- You retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period
- No partial refund is issued for unused time in the current period
- To cancel, contact us at support@qrforms.com or use the cancellation option in your account settings (if available)
7. Service Discontinuation
In the unlikely event that we discontinue the Service:
- You will be notified at least 30 days in advance
- A pro-rated refund will be issued for the unused portion of your subscription
- You will be given an opportunity to export your data before service ends
8. Disputed Charges
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us immediately at support@qrforms.com. Filing a dispute with your bank/card provider without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
9. Coupon and Promotional Pricing
Purchases made using coupon codes or promotional discounts follow the same refund rules. Refunds will be calculated based on the actual amount paid (after discount), not the original price.
