Customers scan the QR with their phone camera, fill out the form on a web page, and the data appears in your dashboard. You can download all submissions as an Excel file anytime.
No. Everything works in your web browser. There's nothing to download or install. Customers also don't need to install anything — they just scan the QR code with their phone's camera.

The free trial gives you 7 days of access to the platform, where you can:
The trial ends after 7 days OR after 10 submissions are collected — whichever comes first. No credit card is required to start.
You can still log in to your account, but you won't be able to view your data, download Excel files, or create new forms until you subscribe. Your data remains safe in our system — you simply need to subscribe to access it again.
Trial extensions are not standard, but you may contact support to request one in special cases. Otherwise, subscribing to the Pro plan gives you full access immediately.
We have two charges:
So if you want one form, you'd pay ₹499 (subscription) + ₹399 (QR) for the first year. The next year, you only pay ₹499 to renew dashboard access — your existing QRs continue to work.
We use Razorpay as our payment gateway, which accepts: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Wallets. All transactions are secure and PCI-DSS compliant.

Yes. If you have a valid coupon code, enter it during checkout. You'll see the discount applied before payment.
Yes! Each form gets its own unique QR code. You can name your forms after events, campaigns, or branches (e.g., "Diwali Sale 2026", "Mumbai Branch", "Customer Feedback"). Each event QR collects data separately so you can track which event got the most responses.
Absolutely. When creating a form, you can add your company logo, company name, contact number, email, address, website, and choose a brand color. All of this will appear at the top of the form when customers scan the QR.
For paid subscribers, there's no limit. Each QR code can collect unlimited submissions for life. Trial users are limited to 10 submissions in total.
Your QR code will keep redirecting to your form, but customers may see a "form unavailable" message if your subscription is expired. To keep collecting data, you should renew your subscription.
All data is stored securely in encrypted cloud databases. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.
You do. Any data collected through your forms belongs to you. We act only as a service provider that stores and presents the data on your behalf. You can download or delete your data at any time.
Yes, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@qrforms.com. We'll permanently delete your account and all associated data within 7 business days.

Make sure the QR is printed clearly and large enough (minimum 2cm × 2cm). Check that your phone camera has good lighting and is steady. If issues continue, try the direct form URL provided in your dashboard.
Yes, you can edit fields, branding, and other details from your dashboard. The QR code stays the same — it always points to the latest version of your form.
