When you register or use the Service, we collect:

• Personal info: Name, email address, mobile number, date of birth
• Business info: Company name, address, city, state, PIN code, website, company size
• Account credentials: Password (stored as encrypted hash, never in plain text)
• Form content: Forms you create, branding details (logo, contact info)
• Submission data: Responses collected from your form respondents

• IP address and device information
• Browser type and language preference
• Pages visited, features used, time spent on the platform
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies for session management

1.3 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. We do NOT store your card details. We only receive transaction status and reference IDs from Razorpay.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Generate QR codes and store form submissions
• Communicate with you (account updates, support, important notices)
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud or security issues
• Comply with legal obligations

We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties.

• Razorpay (payment processor): To process your payments securely

4. Form Submission Data

When customers fill out forms you created:

• The submitted data belongs to YOU (the form owner)
• We store it solely to display it in your dashboard and allow Excel export
• We do not use the submission data for any other purpose
• You are responsible for obtaining consent from respondents and complying with applicable data laws

5. Data Storage and Security

We take security seriously:

• Passwords are hashed using bcrypt encryption
• Data in transit is protected by HTTPS/TLS
• Data at rest is stored in encrypted cloud databases
• Access to systems is restricted and audited
• Regular security updates and monitoring

While we use industry-standard practices, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account closure:

• Account data is retained for 90 days, after which it may be permanently deleted
• You can request immediate deletion by emailing us
• Some data may be retained longer to comply with legal obligations

7. Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023 Compliance)

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data
